Common questions
Three: Downtown Ventura on the 200 block of East Main Street (8:30 AM to noon), Camarillo in Old Town at 2220 Ventura Blvd (8 AM to noon), and Newbury Park at 727 N Wendy Dr (9 AM to 2 PM). If you want a swap meet instead, the Ventura College weekend marketplace runs Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM.
Ojai's Sunday market on East Matilija Street (9 AM to 1 PM), Channel Islands Harbor in Oxnard (10 AM to 2 PM), and Westlake Village on Agoura Road (10 AM to 2 PM). On the first Sunday of the month, Saticoy Park in Ventura adds a fourth, from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Yes, Tuesday through Friday. Tuesday: Adventist Health Simi Valley (11 AM to 3 PM). Wednesday: Midtown Ventura at Pacific View Mall (9 AM to 1 PM). Thursday: Downtown Oxnard (9 AM to 1:30 PM), Thousand Oaks at The Oaks (11 AM to 4 PM) and the Ojai Community market (3 to 7 PM). Friday: Simi Valley City Hall (11 AM to 3:30 PM). None run on Monday.
Midtown Ventura, Downtown Ventura and Thousand Oaks take EBT with Market Match, plus WIC checks. The Ojai Community market takes SNAP and doubles it up to $20 with Market Match, and Saticoy gives up to $60 extra for produce when you spend $20 of EBT. Ojai's Sunday market and Channel Islands Harbor also take EBT. For the others, ask at the market's info booth.
The Ojai Community Farmers' Market on Thursday, from 3 to 7 PM at 414 E Ojai Ave, is the only year-round one that runs into the evening. Simi Valley Town Center's Friday night market has closed.
Not one we could confirm for 2026. Moorpark's Sunday market isn't on the state's 2026 list of certified markets, and its listing says it's relocating. Santa Paula and Fillmore have no certified market on the 2026 lists, and Port Hueneme's beach market ended in 2015. Closest options: Simi Valley (Tuesday and Friday) or Thousand Oaks (Thursday) from Moorpark, Saticoy's first-Sunday market or Midtown Ventura (Wednesday) from Santa Paula and Fillmore, and Channel Islands Harbor (Sunday) or Downtown Oxnard (Thursday) from Port Hueneme.
The Ventura College Foundation Weekend Marketplace runs every Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM in the college's east parking lot at 4667 Telegraph Rd, with free admission. There's also a Wednesday swap meet at the Ventura County Fairgrounds from 7 AM to 2 PM. The old Ventura Flea Market at the fairgrounds has no 2026 dates; its organizer says it plans to return in 2027.
The 2026 Thousand Oaks stop was August 14 to 16 at The Oaks, and it's over. The organizer's remaining 2026 dates are outside the county, and it hasn't posted the next Thousand Oaks date yet.
New markets pop up every season. If one is missing or a time has changed, tell us and we'll check it.
