The Reagan Library's Veterans Day commemoration starts at 10:30 AM with a flyover above the South Lawn, weather permitting. The 11 AM program includes the Presentation of Colors and remarks from AJ Pasciuti, Maj. Gen. Charles Cleveland (Ret.) and Capt. Daniel Brown, Commanding Officer of Naval Base Ventura County. A screening of the documentary Atomic Echoes follows at 1 PM. The day also has a Civil War encampment, a military vehicle display, and music from Santa Susana High School, the Royal High School Wind Ensemble, Project Peace by Piece and Note 4 Notes. The outdoor events and the program are free, and the library recommends reservations for the program. Veterans with a valid ID get into the museum free that day.
