Master Gardeners Learning Series: Winterizing Your Garden

Even though Ventura County gardens grow year-round, winter offers a chance to get ready for spring planting. This Master Gardeners class covers soil preparation, planning your crops and rotation schedule, timing for seedlings, and maintaining your tools during the quieter months. You'll learn how to use this season to set up a strong garden for spring. The class meets Tuesday, November 17 from 4:30pm to 5:30pm at Hill Road Library.
