Channel Islands Harbor's 2nd annual Pumpkin Paddle puts costumed kayakers and paddleboarders on the water on Saturday, October 24, from 10 AM to noon, launching from the East Bank Day Dock between Fisherman's Wharf and the public launch ramp. It's free with registration on Eventbrite, and check-in starts at 9 AM. The harbor's Parade of Frights follows that evening.
