Friday Morning Yoga with Dr. Sally McNally

Dr. Sally McNally teaches yoga on Friday mornings at the Ventura Buddhist Center, working with people of all experience levels. You'll practice traditional postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness methods that build core strength and support your overall health. Classes are free, though the center welcomes donations to support the An Lac Mission. Sally has been giving all the money from these classes to the mission for more than a decade.
