**Meditation is the heart of our practice at Ananda.** Whether you've been meditating for many years or are just beginning your inner journey, we invite you to experience the joy of meditating. We welcome all faiths, all levels of practice, all walks of life.

**Time**: Fridays, 6:15am-7:15am. We kindly ask that you please arrive early enough to be set up and ready to begin by 6:15am.
