Community Yoga With Debra Updike

Join Debra Updike for a community yoga session on Friday morning at the Camarillo Buddhist Center. This class welcomes all levels of experience and focuses on gentle movement and breath work to help you start your day centered and clear. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll work through a moderate practice that you can customize to your own needs while strengthening your body and calming your mind. A suggested donation of $15 supports the center, with half going directly to their programs.
