Memorial Day Free Day at Ventura Botanical Gardens

Ventura Botanical Gardens opens its trails free of charge on Memorial Day in honor of those who gave their lives in service. Wind through colorful Mediterranean-climate plant collections from five regions of the world and take in sweeping views of the coastline and the Channel Islands. Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome, and the Courtyard garden shop is open for browsing plants and pottery. 9am to 5pm at 567 Poli Street in Ventura.
