The Rotary Club of Westlake Village's European-style holiday market fills The Oaks with artisan shopping, Kris Kringle Village, Festive Gardens with a stage, and Sugar & Spice. Hours are Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM and Sunday noon to 6 PM. Admission and parking are free and no tickets are needed. Saturday late afternoon is the busiest time, so come when the gates open or after 6 PM to avoid the peak.
