Club Pilates offers reformer-based group classes designed to build strength, mobility, and balance across all fitness levels. Classes use specialized equipment including the Pilates reformer, TriggerPoint, TRX springboard, and EXO-chair to challenge both body and mind. Instructors receive extensive training and provide individual attention within a group setting. The studio positions itself as a community space focused on improving posture, core strength, and movement foundation. New members can book a free 30-minute introductory class to learn reformer basics and get familiar with the equipment.
