Roses and Rivets is a tattoo studio in downtown Santa Paula run by owner Steph Sparrow, who's been tattooing since 2007. She specializes in fineline and single needle work—geometric designs, blackwork, full-body pieces, coverups, and traditional Americana, with a particular fondness for cat tattoos. Co-artist Tattoos by Rish also works here. Both artists operate as independent booth renters, so you book directly with whoever you want. They emphasize a welcoming, professional space focused on customer service and safety, and they're inclusive of all ages and genders.
